
The cost of renting the Cedar Trail House varies by Season. Winter
rates are driven by snowfall. As long as there is a decent snow
base, winter rates will apply. When the snow melts and snow activities
are no longer available, the Summer/Fall rates will apply.
The following charges will be applied to base rates:
Local
taxes: 10% Occupancy tax
Cleaning
Fee::the one-time mandatory cleaning/linens fee of $150
Security
Deposit: $300 for 3 nights or less and $400 for 4 nights or
more, refundable within 14 days after checkout provided there's no damage
and the home is left as it was found.

our rental agreements are subject to the policies and rules set forth
in the Rental Agreement
Maximum
Occupancy: The
total number of people that our house accommodates is 8. This includes
all children over the age of two.
Check-in
and Check-out: Check-in time is 3 p.m or after. Check-out
time is 12:00 noon. There are no late check-outs from Memorial Day weekend
through Labor Day weekend. Sometimes during the non-peak season we accommodate
an early check-in of 1 p.m. and a late check-out of 1 p.m. without additional
charge. Please leave the keys in the "hide-a-key" combination
lock-box and scramble the combination. Do not change or reset combination
code or you will be liable for a new lock.

Summer/Fall: $150 / night (2 Night min)
Winter/Spring: $250 / night (2 Night min)
Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day. July 4th, etc.): $300 / night (3 night
min)
Christmas—New Year's: $300 / night (5 night min—negotiable)
